Python Job: Velocix Solutions

Velocix are looking for C/C++ Engineers to integrate our Development team to work in one of our core products.

Successful applicants will have a keen eye for detail, a problem-solving attitude and comfortable working with developers from several regions.

The role is based in Portugal, and we have the possibility to work remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively as part of an agile team to certify the code is well done and with the utmost quality
• Reviewing and verifying functional and system requirements to ensure project deliverables are presented on time
• Documenting and prioritizing defects and bugs, and working with the team to resolve issues

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience with C/C++.
• Experience in software engineering.
• Experience working in Agile Methodologies.
• Nice to have background in video industry.
• Experience with Linux.
• Some knowledge of python
• Good spoken and written English
